Business Development and Operations Associate

WISE Tech, a pioneering institution in the realm of emerging technologies, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join its team as a Business Development and Operations Associate. Job OverviewThis full-time contract position (1-2 years) requires a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate who can effectively support sales and operational functions at WISE Tech. The successful candidate will be responsible for pre-sales activities, collaborating with the programme team to build a robust sales funnel, creating compelling marketing pitches, and engaging prospective programme participants through phone calls and virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Programme team to develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline for our business leadership programmes.
- Create effective marketing materials and pre-sales documents to communicate the value of our programmes to potential clients.
- Proactively engage prospective programme participants through phone calls and virtual meetings, showcasing our business leadership programmes and addressing their inquiries.
- Respond to reverse inquiries and convert them into actual clients.
- Support the design and execution of promotional activities to generate leads and enhance programme visibility.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Collaborate with the social media manager to enhance our social media marketing strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with our target audience.
- Maintain a comprehensive client database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective client relationship management.
The successful candidate will also provide support to the operations team in executing educational programmes, ensuring smooth delivery and a positive learning experience for participants. This includes logistics coordination, scheduling, and resource management.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of the fintech industry and its applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 based on your location and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
