Our organization seeks a highly skilled Senior Manager to spearhead its Asset Liability Management (ALM) function.

Main Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will oversee the monitoring of liquidity and interest rate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • A key responsibility is the preparation and review of regulatory returns, as well as the validation of ratios against internal and regulatory limits.
  • Daily Liquidity and ALM Dashboards must be prepared for management's review.
  • The role involves collaboration on IT projects related to risk monitoring/management systems.
  • The Senior Manager will also contribute to enhancing current solutions through testing and providing functional inputs in developing new solutions.
Requirements
  • This position requires extensive liaison with Treasury, Risk, IT, Finance, and Businesses departments.
  • Confidentiality of information gathered from clients and company data is paramount.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information is essential.
  • The Senior Manager must ensure compliance with circulars/guidelines issued by RBI and make necessary policy adjustments.
  • Driving commercial savings on existing portfolios while maintaining regulatory compliance is a key aspect of this role.
