Job Title: Chief Funding OfficerAbout the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Debt Funding Analyst to join our team. As a Debt Funding Analyst, you will be responsible for raising debt capital from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in structured finance, term loans, working capital loans, and credit lines. You will also possess a solid understanding of RBI/NBFC regulations, due diligence, and loan documentation.

A strong network with lenders, including banks, NBFCs, DFIs, and structured finance players, is essential for this role. Prior experience in NBFCs or Small Finance Banks is mandatory.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive the process of raising debt capital, build relationships with lenders, and ensure optimal funding costs.

  • Drive the process of raising debt capital from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
  • Build and manage relationships with lenders, financial institutions, rating agencies, and investors to secure funding.
  • Structure debt transactions, negotiate loan terms, and ensure optimal funding costs.
  • Ensure adherence to RBI/NBFC regulations and maintain compliance with lending frameworks.
  • Develop funding strategies to optimize capital structure and liquidity management.
  • Assess funding risks and mitigate exposure by working closely with other teams.
Key Responsibilities:Essential Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in raising debt funds from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
  • Strong negotiation, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of RBI/NBFC regulations, due diligence, and loan documentation.
  • Expertise in structured finance, term loans, working capital loans, and credit lines.
