Workday Consultant

The ideal candidate will assume a pivotal role in orchestrating the implementation and optimization of Workday Core HCM. The objective is to ensure seamless integration with various modules including Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, Performance Management, and Letter Building.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage the lifecycle of Workday Core HCM implementation and ongoing optimization, encompassing requirements gathering, process documentation, and configuration.
  • Configure, maintain, and support key modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, Performance Management, and Letter Building.
  • Function as a trusted advisor to HR, providing recommendations for system enhancements to meet operational and strategic goals.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between HR, IT, and end users for Workday technical and functional support.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Workday HRIS Specialist, Analyst, or Consultant, preferably in implementing and supporting Workday.
  • In-depth understanding of HR processes and best practices (Compensation, Recruiting, Time & Absence, Benefits, Talent).
  • Hands-on experience in configuration, maintenance, and support of Workday modules.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Preferred Competencies:
  • Change management and training expertise.
  • Process improvement orientation.
  • Experience supporting HRIS in a large or complex organization.
