Job Title: Transformation HRIS Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation HRIS Specialist to play a critical role in shaping the future of HR systems that support employees worldwide. As a key member of our global workforce, you will be responsible for managing configurations, workflows, and user support for core HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for core HR systems, ensuring system integrity and alignment with global HR policies and compliance standards.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution support for system issues, ensuring thorough testing prior to deployment.
  • Drive end-to-end HRIS implementation projects, including solution design, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of HR dashboards and standard reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems and geographies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in HRIS administration with hands-on experience in at least one enterprise HR system.
  • Experience with UKG Pro and/or Workday strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience leading HRIS implementations or major system upgrades.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones and cultures.
