Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage core HR system configurations, workflows, and user support as a subject matter expert.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution support for system issues, ensuring thorough testing prior to deployment.
  • Ensure system integrity and alignment with global HR policies and compliance standards.
  • Lead end-to-end HRIS implementation projects, including solution design, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and standard reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights to HR and business stakeholders through ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Support audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting needs with precision and confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in HRIS administration with hands-on experience in at least one enterprise HR system.
  • Experience with UKG Pro and/or Workday is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience leading HRIS implementations or major system upgrades.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones and cultures.
