Job Description:
SAP SuccessFactors (SF) is a comprehensive HRIS solution used by organizations to manage their employee data. As an SF End User/Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization's SF systems.
You will also work as an SF Consultant who contributes to SAP SuccessFactors Implementation projects. This includes requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, providing administration training, performing data migration, and managing User Acceptance Test (UAT).
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Navigate through challenges to complete deliverables within deadlines and ensure quality meets client expectations.
- Work collaboratively with large teams towards a common goal.
