An experienced HRIS Specialist with a proven track record of implementing and managing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions is required to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and implement EC and ECP modules to meet business requirements.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment for new enhancements and payroll functionalities.
- Manage integrations between EC, ECP, and third-party systems.
- Support business users by troubleshooting issues, resolving payroll discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist in data migration, validation, and governance for EC and ECP modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to streamline HR and payroll processes.
- Provide ongoing support and system enhancements, ensuring compliance with local and global payroll regulations.
- Conduct training sessions and develop documentation for end-users.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll reporting.
- Experience with SuccessFactors integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Boomi, or other middleware.
- Proficiency in SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) and knowledge of country-specific payroll localization.
- Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of HR business processes, payroll compliance, and HRIS best practices.
