About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to drive end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a strong workforce.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure optimal resource allocation and efficient workflow.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous growth.
- Provide exceptional support and guidance to employees on queries and grievance handling.
- Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values, encouraging open communication, transparency, and respect.
- Support implementation of performance appraisal systems, tracking KPIs and assisting managers in goal setting and reviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination, ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Identify training needs and coordinate ongoing professional development opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with 3–6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS systems is essential, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
