Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Human resources managers play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of a company. They are responsible for managing human resources operations, payroll, benefits administration, tax and labour compliance, vendor management, people management, and employee relations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR systems from hire to retire data management.
  • Oversee accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, including salaries, wages, deductions, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations, including tax regulations, labour laws, and company policies.
  • Co-ordinate with inter-departments to address and resolve compliance related discrepancy.
  • Proactively ensure optimal utilization of available resource to support business-as-usual (BAU) and global HR projects.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's/master's degree in human resources or a related field, with at least 15 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on HR operations, payroll, and compliance.

Additionally, the candidate should have experience in human resources management systems, proficiency in communicating at all levels within the organization, and ability to influence stakeholders and vendors.
