Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for being the People Brand Ambassador and in Talent partnering with business, providing regular People interventions.

Main Priorities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment management processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
  • Lead hiring for critical leadership roles, niche, and volume-based positions (especially sales).

Employee Engagement & Retention:

  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement action plans to improve retention rates.
  • Handle grievance redressal, employee relations, and disciplinary processes to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Drive initiatives to reduce attrition, particularly among high-turnover segments like insurance sales staff.
  • Develop and implement talent retention and employee development programs.
  • Identify training needs based on business and individual goals.
  • Facilitate new hire assimilation and drive employee engagement initiatives.

Compliance & HR Operations:

  • Ensure labor law compliance across branches within the region.
  • Oversee timely payroll inputs, onboarding/offboarding processes, and HRIS accuracy.
  • Support internal audits, risk management, and statutory filings to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Handle governance, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution matters.
  • Enhance employee communication and connect initiatives.

Strategic HR Partnership:

  • Liaise with function heads and designate personnel to ensure critical planning and implementation of people strategies.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the team across all centers in the country to achieve organizational objectives.
