Job Overview

Loom Solar Pvt. Ltd., a leading player in the rooftop solar energy sector, seeks an experienced Sales and Distribution Professional to join its team.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹ 25,000 to ₹ 40,000 per month (plus incentives)About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sales of distributors through training and customer engagement, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with dealers and distributors, and ensuring stock availability and timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact and meet with retail shops, dealers, and distributors to promote Loom Solar's products and offerings.
  • Cold calling to prospective customers to identify sales opportunities and lead generation for dealer networks.
  • Negotiate with dealers to offer competitive pricing and ensure that Loom Solar products are the first choice in the channel.
  • Pickup calls and respond promptly to each dealer to maintain strong relationships.
  • Maintain records and updates of all visits in the company's sales application.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • PREFERRED Graduate/MBA Candidate with 1-2 years' experience in the Solar/Power Backup Industry.
  • PREFERENCE given to employees of Luminous, Liveguard, Exide, Microtek, Okaya, Polycab, and Havells.
  • Strong communication skills, fluency in both English and Hindi.
  • An attitude to get things done and willingness to work for at least 2 years.
  • Rigorous follow-up and negotiation skills to build relationships with dealers and distributors.
