About the Role

The incumbent will report to the Territory Manager and work as part of a multi-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Collection:

  • Achieve sales targets and collection targets.
  • Implement strict credit policy and minimize outstanding amounts.

Market Relations:

  • Build a good distribution network and ensure teamwork.
  • Provide market infrastructure and maintain regular communication with customers.
  • Distributor appointment and staff training, SWOT analysis, and product knowledge updates.
  • Motivate distributors and salesmen for better market coverage.

Sales Promotion:

  • Utilize POP materials, brochures, and posters, and display them in the market.
  • Assist distributors in liquidating stocks and implementing company trade schemes, participating in exhibitions and product promotions.
  • Plan budgets and schemes for sales promotion and ensure maximum returns.

Competencies:

  • Distributor management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sales pitching of all existing and new products
  • Ability to deliver sales & collections under pressure situations

Requirements:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline
  • Candidates without a degree must demonstrate a proven track record in sales
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales
  • Local language and English
