We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an HR Intern.

  • This is a 3-month remote internship that offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in human resources, improve your communication skills, and make lasting connections with our organization.

We deliver essential products through various services, including AI, robotics, cloud computing, IT services, and web development. Our School of Interns provides students and fresh graduates with real-world exposure through structured internship programs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting for our talent acquisition process.
  2. Support the scheduling and coordination of interviews to ensure seamless communication between teams.
  3. Help with onboarding new interns/employees to facilitate a smooth transition into our organization.
  4. Conduct and document feedback sessions to identify areas of improvement for our HR processes.
  5. Collaborate with the HR team and management on day-to-day operations to drive success.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Bonus points for those pursuing an MBA in HR (not mandatory).
  • A reliable laptop/PC with a stable internet connection is required.
  • Availability for a 3-month remote internship is necessary.
