
Senior Automation Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Sales professional to drive our business forward. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the automation industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the automation industry, conduct research, and develop strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand client needs, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and quotas as set by management, continuously monitor and report on sales performance.
- Product Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of automation products and services, effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and improve products and services based on customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automation or technology industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
