Sagamax Automation Pvt Ltd a leading provider of home and industrial automation solutions motion sensors touch switches gate curtain automation water level controllers etc is looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive The role requires engaging with potential customers explaining our smart automation products generating leads and converting them into successful sales The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills a passion for technology and the ability to build customer trust Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to promote Sagamax automation products and solutions Handle inbound calls inquiries and provide accurate product information Identify customer needs in residential commercial and industrial projects Generate and qualify leads schedule product demos and follow up for closures Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to franchise business growth Maintain records of calls leads and customer feedback in CRM database Coordinate with the marketing and technical team for smooth order handling Build and nurture long-term client relationships with dealers contractors and project owners Requirements Minimum qualification 12th Pass Graduate in any stream Prior experience in tele sales customer support or inside sales preferred Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in Hindi English and regional languages Strong interest in automation electronics and smart home solutions Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM tools Email Benefits Competitive salary with attractive performance-based incentives Training on Sagamax automation products solutions Career growth opportunities in sales business development Opportunity to work in the fast-growing automation industry Job Location Siliguri Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Language Hindi Required English Required Work Location In person
