West Down - The Heritage Resort is a 4-star luxury property in Ooty known for its Victorian charm scenic surroundings and warm hospitality We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executive who can build strong travel agent and guest relationships to help drive bookings and revenue Key Responsibilities 1 Travel Agent Relations Make regular outbound calls to existing travel agents and stay in constant touch with them Remind agents about special rate cards promotions and seasonal offers Build and maintain strong rapport with travel partners to generate consistent bookings Follow up with agents on leads and conversions 2 Business Development Identify and tie up with new travel agents through cold calling Introduce West Down - The Heritage Resort and highlight property USPs facilities and amenities Offer special rate cards and bring new agents onboard Work towards achieving monthly booking and revenue targets through new partnerships 3 Guest Relationship Management Call existing and past guests who have previously stayed at the resort Build rapport and extend a warm invitation to revisit the property Collect referrals or potential leads from happy guests Update guest database with relevant information and feedback 4 MIS Reporting Maintain accurate daily call logs agent interaction records and booking status in MIS Prepare and submit regular reports on calls conversions and agent engagement Support the Sales Revenue team with follow-ups and reports Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years of experience in telesales telecalling customer engagement hospitality or travel industry preferred Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English Fluency in Hindi or any other South Indian regional language will be an added advantage Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills Basic computer knowledge familiarity with MS Office and ability to handle emails professionally Pleasant personality relationship-building skills and target-driven attitude Perks Benefits Breakfast and meals along with tea will be provided by the management on working days Attractive salary package with incentives based on performance Opportunity to grow within the sales and marketing department of a reputed 4-star resort Supportive and professional work environment Work Schedule Location Ooty Full-time 6 Days Working To Apply Send your updated resume to coo westdownsresort com 91 8098103388 with the subject line Application for Telesales Executive - West Down Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Ability to commute relocate Ooty Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Telesales 1 year Preferred Language English Required Tamil Required Hindi Preferred Malayalam Preferred Kannada Preferred Location Ooty Tamil Nadu Preferred Work Location In person
