Job Title Telesales Executive Department Sales Business Development About the Company RA SOLARSYSTEMS is a fast-growing clean energy company focused on providing energy procurement and commissioning and cost-effective solar energy solutions We are committed to accelerating India s transition to sustainable energy by making solar power accessible to homes businesses and industries Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and energetic TeleSales Executive to join our dynamic team The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers explaining our solar products and services and converting leads into qualified appointments or sales Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote solar energy solutions Educate customers on solar energy benefits cost savings and government subsidies Generate leads schedule appointments and pass qualified leads to the sales team Maintain and update the customer database CRM regularly Follow up with leads and provide excellent customer service to maximize conversions Achieve daily weekly monthly calling and sales targets Understand customer needs and offer customized solar solutions Report calling activity feedback and market trends to the team lead or manager Requirements 12th Pass Prior experience in telesales call center or solar renewable energy industry is a plus Good communication skills in English Hindi Marathi Persuasive and goal-oriented with the ability to handle objections confidently Basic computer knowledge Positive attitude self-motivated and eager to learn Perks Benefits Attractive fixed salary performance incentives Training and development programs Growth opportunities in the renewable energy sector Supportive work culture and team environment Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 11 2025
