Job Title: Sales Real Estate Executive

Rise Infinity seeks a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore.

About the Role:
  • Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Identify and connect with prospective clients through various channels, including field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Client Interaction: Understand customer requirements and present suitable real estate properties.
  • Site Visits: Arrange and conduct property tours to showcase features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Sales & Negotiations: Handle negotiations to close deals while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with local market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Documentation Support: Assist clients with paperwork related to property purchase, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Bangalore's real estate market is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of legal and financial aspects related to property transactions.
  • Owning a two-wheeler and possessing a valid driving license is a plus.
