Job Overview: We're looking for a seasoned Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Propacity and drive channel growth through strategic partnerships and sales strategies.

Expected Salary: ₹25-50 Lacs per annum

About the Role: As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key channel partners, creating and implementing sales strategies, providing training and support, conducting market research, tracking performance metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and preparing regular reports.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, including brokers, agents, and other real estate stakeholders.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue through channel partners.
  3. Design and deliver training programs to equip channel partners with the knowledge and skills needed to promote our real estate offerings.
  4. Stay up-to-date on market trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the real estate sector.
  5. Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
  6. Foster collaboration with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and support channel initiatives.
  7. Present regular reports on channel performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in channel sales management, specifically within the real estate sector.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth through partnerships and channel management.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Superb negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
