* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs to provide tailored real estate solutions
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, managing the entire sales process from consultation to transaction closure
* Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights
* Marketing luxury properties effectively through client outreach, property tours, and presentations
* Generating high-quality leads through systematic outreach, including cold calling, referrals, and networking
* Providing data-driven insights and preparing detailed reports on market conditions, pricing, and competition

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful as a Luxury Sales Manager, you will need:

* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
