We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Specialist to join our team at Lario Interiors. As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales by contacting potential customers and presenting our products or services over the phone.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contact Potential Customers: Reach out to existing or potential customers to inform them about our products or services using pre-approved scripts.
  • Answer Questions: Respond to customer inquiries about our products or services.
  • Closing Sales: Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales accordingly.
  • Direct Prospects: Direct prospects to our field sales team when necessary.
  • Customer Data Entry: Enter and update customer information in our database.
  • Order Processing: Take and process orders in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Customer Grievances: Handle customer complaints and concerns to preserve our company's reputation.
  • Sales Quota: Meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales by going the extra mile.
  • Call Records: Keep accurate records of calls and sales, noting useful information and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
