Job Summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a highly skilled Regional Air Freight Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing air freight operations in the South region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage air freight operations in the South region, ensuring seamless execution of customer shipments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to direct reports to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in air freight operations, with at least 3 years of direct people management experience.
  • Strong industry operational excellence experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% (domestically and internationally).
  • Site-specific: Advanced/Fluent level of English (oral and written communication).
