Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in the US market by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones. This role requires a strong understanding of the US IT market, excellent sales acumen, and expertise in negotiating contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth year-over-year by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones
- Successfully onboard new clients within a month
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the IT recruitment or staffing industry, specifically in the US market
- In-depth understanding of the US IT market, including technologies, roles, and the recruitment landscape
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives
- Expertise in negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Estimated Salary Range:
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
