We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oracle VBCS & HCM consultant with strong technical and functional skills.

Shift timing: Afternoon to late evening (IST)

Remote Location

Candidates can join the team within 45 days

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing modern web and mobile applications using Oracle VBCS, with integrations to Oracle HCM Cloud.

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle VBCS and HCM is required.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Oracle JET is essential.
  • Experience in designing and developing dynamic UIs using reusable components, REST integrations, and responsive layouts is necessary.
  • Ability to integrate VBCS applications with Oracle HCM via REST APIs and OAuth2 authentication is required.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and Git repositories is also necessary.

Oracle HCM:

  • Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and Fast Formulas.
  • Build and integrate HCM REST and SOAP web services for third-party systems.
  • Manage security profiles, roles, data access and workflow approvals in HCM.
  • Perform data loading and mass updates using HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Spreadsheet Loaders.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable configurations and extensions.
  • Strong experience in developing/supporting HCM Extracts.
  • Hands on experience in developing BI Publisher Reports and OTBI.
  • Good understanding of HCM Data Loader and HSDL.
  • Experienced in implementing User defined Tables and lookups and Value sets.
  • Some experience in extracting data using APIs.
