Position Summary:

A seasoned expert in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions is sought after. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, and Benefits modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules
  • Demonstrate expertise in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions
  • Perform system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing
  • Provide guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions
  • Drive process improvements and recommend innovative solutions
  • Assist in resolving complex functional issues/problems
  • Maintain a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on functional aspects
  • Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, especially in Payroll, Core HR, Absences, Talent Modules, and OTL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field
