Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HCM Cloud Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will help clients achieve business growth and efficiency by implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules
  • Conduct requirement workshops and review functional design specification documents
  • Design complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports
  • Configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules

You will work closely with our team of experienced consultants to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. If you have a strong understanding of business processes and experience in end-to-end implementation, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 6-8 years of mandatory experience
  • Strong knowledge of different aspects of the life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
  • Experience working with small and large teams
  • Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, or Talent & Learn
