The successful candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, and Talent & Learn. They will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct workshops with clients to identify business requirements and map processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Design and develop functional specifications documents for implementation projects.
  • Configure complex scenarios in relevant cloud modules.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 6-8 years of experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, and Talent & Learn.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Experience working with small and large teams.
