Oracle HCM Cloud Team Lead

This is a leadership role for experienced technical professionals who will manage the delivery of Oracle HCM cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM functional, cloud technical expertise, and experience in managing system admin and security environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of technical analysts who will provide day-to-day production support, enhancements, quarterly patch release testing, and issue resolution for Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Perform unit tests, develop runbooks, and analyze and resolve technical queries during ticket resolution.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of Oracle HCM cloud solutions.
  • Provide expert-level technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 4+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM functional (Any two modules - Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL)
  • Cloud Technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
  • Strong communication skills are required to engage directly with clients on detailed technical discussions.
  • Ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables, with a mature approach.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with agile methodology.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to learn new technologies.
  • Understanding of SOAP, REST APIs.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud & Visual Builder Cloud Service.

  • Ability to work accurately with good attention to detail by maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
