Human Capital Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Human Capital Management professional to implement, configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years and up to 18 years of experience in implementing, configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, and Benefit.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing implementations, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud tools, including HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Provide expert-level support for enterprise business processes, utilizing strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS.
  • Strong understanding of Process Flow, Set-up Knowledge, and Common Solutions to Modules Known in HCM.
  • Experience in at least three HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, or HR Help Desk).
  • Expertise in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Data Migration, and Customization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
