Job Description:

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of a Senior Consultant for Oracle HCM Talent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our team in implementing Oracle Talent and Performance Management solutions.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of experience in Oracle Talent and Performance Management implementation
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end implementations is essential
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
