Job Title: Senior Oracle EBS Database Administrator

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2 administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) environments, including installation, configuration, patching, cloning, and upgrades.
  • Perform database administration tasks such as backup & recovery, performance tuning, and space management.
  • Apply Oracle EBS patches and updates while ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues in both Oracle Applications and Database environments.
  • Collaborate with developers, functional teams, and infrastructure teams to support ongoing operations.
  • Manage Concurrent Managers, Workflow, and Forms/Reports Server within Oracle EBS.
  • Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of Oracle EBS and database systems.
  • Handle cloning and refresh activities for development and test environments.
  • Implement and maintain Oracle WebLogic Server and OHS (Oracle HTTP Server) for R12.2.

The successful candidate should have strong knowledge of Oracle Database administration, including RMAN backups, Data Guard, and disaster recovery strategies.

In addition, we require excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in Oracle EBS R12.2 administration.
  • Expertise in Oracle Database administration, including RMAN backups, Data Guard, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server and OHS (Oracle HTTP Server).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
