Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Human Capital Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Human Capital Management (HCM) and be proficient in Workday, a leading HR management system.

The selected individual will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the Workday HCM system, collaborating with HR and IT teams to gather system requirements, implementing new Workday modules and features, monitoring system performance, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and standards.

In addition, the successful candidate will provide end-user support and training, develop and maintain system documentation, and perform regular system audits and updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Workday HCM: In-depth knowledge of Workday's human capital management capabilities.
  • System Configuration: Experience with configuring and customizing Workday systems.
  • HR Processes: Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
  • Implementation: Proven track record of implementing new Workday modules and features.
  • Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
  • User Support: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Documentation: Strong writing and documentation skills.
