Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM professional to support our HR team in ensuring accurate data flow and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in the Benefits module, with a strong background in configuring and maintaining plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles.

Responsibilities

  • Configuring and maintaining Benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles.
  • Supporting Open Enrollment and Life Event processing.
  • Developing and troubleshooting Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL data loads.
  • Building and maintaining BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards.
  • Collaborating with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance.
  • Managing Oracle SRs and coordinating with Oracle support for issue resolution.
  • Conducting functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments.
  • Documenting configurations, processes, and change requests.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 in Benefits.
  • Understanding of Benefits setup, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows.
  • Proficiency in building/modifying Extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas.
  • Experience with HCM Extracts and third-party integrations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or Agile practices.
