Cloud HCM Functional Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Cloud HCM Functional specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional areas of work, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cloud HCM.

  • Proficiency in Absence and OTL modules of Oracle HCM Cloud is required.
  • Good understanding and work experience in Fast Formulas is also required.
  • Working experience of another module other than Absence and OTL is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying gaps and proposing potential solutions to clients.
  • Estimation of work for Vanilla implementation and for Personalizations/work-arounds and Reports/integrations/enhancements needed.
  • Client presentations and demos for some modules.
  • Proposal creation and responses to RFP with overall solution.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Understanding the nuances of new releases and features to update clients on newer solutions and estimations.
  • Ownership of delivery and customer relationship for the project being managed.
  • Mentoring and guidance to the project team. Quality tracking and feedback.
