Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Senior Technical Consultant with expertise in Fast Formulas, OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and more to join our dynamic team. If you have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical objects and a passion for delivering innovative solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will lead or participate in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations, including OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service), OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BIP (BI Publisher), and Extracts. They will also develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific requirements, design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality, and work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Implementation: Lead or participate in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations, including OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service), OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BIP (BI Publisher), and Extracts.
  • Fast Formulas: Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Custom Solutions: Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules.
  • Implementation Expertise: Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Technical deliverables.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
