Technical Implementation Specialist

Amaris Consulting is seeking a seasoned Technical Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of implementing and supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.

As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will design and develop complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, ensuring efficient data flow and compatibility. You will also implement and maintain integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in Workday HCM, with a strong technical background and expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and other Workday technical tools.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with partners to gather integration requirements and understand business needs.
  • Design and develop complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio.
  • Implement and maintain integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Workday Integrations Consultant with a focus on Workday Studio.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture, including Workday Studio, EIBs, and calculated fields.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and web services.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
