Job Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of education counsellors in handling client relationships, day-to-day productivity reports, sales performance, and product knowledge updates.
  • Develop new customers by finding innovative ways to reach them, asking for referrals, providing satisfactory answers, creating trust, and leading by company values.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services, ensuring timely and accurate client requests.
  • Communicate and negotiate with clients to meet their needs and exceed expectations.

  • Proven experience in team handling and education domain.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Able to take challenges and work in a target-driven and result-oriented environment.
