This is a high-profile role where you will be instrumental in driving the company's sales pipeline from India while focusing on the US healthcare market.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales development or business development roles, with a proven track record of working with or targeting the US market, especially in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Sales Pipeline: Focus on expanding the company's presence in the US healthcare market through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
- Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers within the healthcare sector.
- Sales Strategies: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and sales strategies.
- Client Management: Schedule meetings with qualified prospects and maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- 3+ years of experience in sales development or business development roles.
- Prior experience in healthcare domain is mandatory.
- Proven track record of working with or targeting the US market, especially in healthcare.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in selling consulting, custom software development projects or technology-driven healthcare solutions.
- Good to have familiarity with US healthcare systems, payers, providers, and compliance frameworks like HIPAA.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, business, Marketing, or a related field.
