Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Volume AchievementDrive sales volume growth across designated territories by developing and monitoring individual sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Develop and implement effective volume schemes to achieve sales targets.
- Communicate volume schemes to retailers, ensuring timely implementation and optimal results.
Ensure NSR/GSV achievement in assigned territories aligns with budgeted targets by focusing on profitable brands and maintaining an optimal brand mix.
WodEnsure the availability of relevant SKUs and variants of respective brands within the territory, maintaining overall distribution excellence.
- Manage new product launches in the region, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Execute merchandising and promotional programs as per national and regional marketing strategies, driving business growth and customer engagement.
- Communicate promotional schemes to retailers in a timely manner, ensuring effective claim settlement and brand utilization.
- Responsible for training, deployment, and evaluation of third-party employees to optimize performance.
Ensure visit frequency and outlet coverage in assigned territories meet daily journey plan requirements, facilitating accurate and timely reporting.
- Submit claims and sales reports correctly and on schedule, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
- Maintain awareness of competitor activity and report findings to the reporting manager.
Focus on Quality, Distribution, Visibility, Promotion, Price, and Persuasion at the outlet level, executing marketing plans effectively while adhering to company policies and budgets.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Alco-Bev sales or 5 years in consumer sales (FMCG or Telecom)
