Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Pune. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, leading generation activities, maintaining customer accounts, and executing effective communication strategies. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential clients, following up on leads, managing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Business and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
