A Global Team We have a diverse team of 700+ employees spread across Boston, Dubai, Mexico City, Mumbai, Shanghai, and Singapore.

The Role of LMS Management The LMS Management team plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless course execution across various platforms. Their responsibilities are divided into three key stages:
  • Course Launch: This stage involves preparing courses for launch, including setting up course homepages according to the launch cycle, importing content from the latest master version, setting module lock dates, raising procurement requests for necessary resources, adding relevant stakeholders to the course with appropriate access rights, and setting up all course-related communications.
  • Course Management: In this stage, the team ensures that all modules are released on schedule, supports learner queries, monitors course progress, discusses course feedback with cross-functional stakeholders, and raises internal flags in case of participant complaints. They also implement changes based on learner feedback and complaints.
  • Course Closure: At this stage, the team ensures end-of-course feedback is enabled, releases completion certificates, and shares course insights with stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the Manager LMS The Manager LMS serves as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams within Emeritus and school partners. Key responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring timely and error-free execution of tasks for the team.
  • Tracking and publishing team performance and ensuring productivity targets are met.
  • Acting as a single point of contact for any queries related to LMS Management.
  • Coordinating improvement projects and daily tasks with cross-functional teams.
  • People management, ensuring team members are motivated to perform daily tasks and are involved in various improvement projects.

Key Skills and Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • At least 7 years of experience, with 4+ years in people/team management roles.
  • Excellent Excel knowledge and hands-on experience in publishing reports.
  • Knowledge of multiple Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
  • Willingness to take initiatives and adapt to global culture.

Compensation Package As an e-learning expert, you will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package, estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.
