Job Opportunity

A Senior HR Executive is sought to lead key aspects of Human Resources, focusing on Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, Employee Relations and Engagement, HR Operations, Policy and Compliance, and Performance Management.

About the Role
  • This position oversees end-to-end recruitment processes for mid- to senior-level roles, collaborating with hiring managers to define job roles and recruitment strategies. The role also leads the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
  • Serves as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, mediating workplace conflicts professionally and confidentially. Supports employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
  • Maintains and updates HR systems and employee databases, ensuring accurate and timely payroll inputs and attendance management. Assists in benefits administration, leave management, and compliance reporting.
  • Ensures adherence to labor laws and internal company policies, participating in the development and revision of HR policies and procedures. Conducts audits and compliance checks regularly.
  • Supports performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers on goal setting and employee development. Tracks training needs and coordinates internal or external training sessions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a generalist or executive HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and the employee lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in HR software, HRIS, MS Office, and data reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
