Job Opportunity: Senior HR Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for mid- to senior-level roles.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles and recruitment strategies.
    • Lead the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
    • MEDIATE AND RESOLVE WORKPLACE CONFLICTS PROFESSIONALLY AND CONFIDENTIALLY.
    • Support and execute employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
  • HR Operations:
    • Maintain and update HR systems and employee databases.
    • Ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs and attendance management.
    • Assist in benefits administration, leave management, and compliance reporting.
  • Policy & Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal company policies.
    • Participate in the development and revision of HR policies and procedures.
    • Conduct audits and compliance checks regularly.
  • Performance Management:
    • Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal processes.
    • Provide guidance to managers on goal setting and employee development.
    • Track training needs and coordinate internal or external training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a generalist or executive HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and employee lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in HR software, HRIS, MS Office, and data reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Jewelry industry, manufacturing, retail, etc.
  • Exposure to HR analytics and reporting tools.
