Strategic HR Leader Opportunity

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Leader to join our Human Resources team in India. This role will play a pivotal part in implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, supporting talent acquisition, and ensuring policy compliance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for mid- to senior-level roles, collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles and recruitment strategies, and lead the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, mediate and resolve workplace conflicts professionally and confidentially, support and execute employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
  • HR Operations: Maintain and update HR systems and employee databases, ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs and attendance management, assist in benefits administration, leave management, and compliance reporting.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal company policies, participate in the development and revision of HR policies and procedures, conduct audits and compliance checks regularly.
  • Performance Management: Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal processes, provide guidance to managers on goal setting and employee development, track training needs and coordinate internal or external training sessions.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a generalist or executive HR role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and employee lifecycle
  • Proficiency in HR software, HRIS, MS Office, and data reporting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
