Senior Human Resources Manager

As a key member of the organization, the HR Professional plays a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth functioning and supporting business objectives.
The primary goal is to manage the recruitment process from end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. This involves coordinating with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and conducting employee onboarding and orientation programs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 4-7 years of generalist HR experience, is essential.
- Manage employee records and HR database, attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate performance appraisal process, KRA KPI tracking, identify training needs, and coordinate learning and development programs.
Key responsibilities include handling employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution while driving employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
