Customer Relationship Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professional to lead our CRM strategy across multiple clients. In this role, you will drive customer engagement and business growth by developing multi-channel CRM campaigns, leveraging data analytics to refine strategies, and collaborating across departments for cohesive customer communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day client relationships, ensuring satisfaction by addressing requests, troubleshooting issues, and providing strategic CRM guidance.

  • Plan and implement targeted CRM campaigns to increase customer engagement, retention, and conversion rates.

  • Work closely with clients to ensure CRM campaigns are timely, relevant, and aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Segment customer lists to deliver personalized campaigns to targeted audiences.

  • Employ a test-and-learn approach to continually optimize campaigns using A/B testing, analytics, and feedback.

  • Develop a comprehensive customer lifecycle strategy to maximize customer lifetime value.

  • Maintain accurate and compliant customer databases.

  • Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance and track key metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in CRM management within a marketing agency or similar environment.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and tools such as Klaviyo or similar platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market segmentation.

  • Excellent communication and sales skills.

  • Proficient in project management.

  • Ability to work independently and remotely.

  • Experience in ecommerce or digital marketing.
