We are looking for a Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team. As a Revenue Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
You will lead a team of Program Advisors, pushing them to achieve their set targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and a strong background in sales.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the sales team.
