We are currently seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to spearhead our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Develop and submit high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other bid requests.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or bid management.
- Proven track record of developing and submitting successful proposals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
