Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and international marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential business leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and market research.
  • B2B Sales & Prospecting: Engage with decision-makers, build relationships, and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • International Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored for global markets, focusing on brand positioning and outreach.
  • Client Engagement: Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and handle initial negotiations.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in international markets.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain an updated lead database, track pipeline progress, and provide weekly/monthly reports on sales performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and enhance business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: 2-3 years in business development, with a focus on B2B sales and international markets.
  • Lead Generation Expertise: Strong experience in prospecting, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Digital & Social Selling: Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Experience in handling B2B sales cycles and closing deals.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
